about me
Hello! I'm Lina, a compassionate psychotherapist specializing in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and self-esteem in English, Spanish, and French. As an immigrant myself, I bring a no nonsense perspective to my practice, combining professional expertise with personal understanding. I believe in strength-based, culturally sensitive therapy. By integrating family therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic components, I help my clients explore their thought patterns and root conflicts. I also incorporate critical race theory, queer theory, and feminist perspectives to contextualize experiences and empower change.

no homework. no quick fixes. real therapy
This isn’t about quick fixes, pop psychology, or surface-level positivity. It’s about doing the deeper work: asking difficult questions, confronting what no longer fits, making meaning of your experiences, and becoming more honest about what you actually want.
Therapy is a space where your history, identity, culture, relationships, and the expectations you’ve carried all have a place. A place to slow down, think deeply, untangle old patterns, make mistakes, and choose again.
You may have built a life that looks successful on paper—and still find yourself wondering, Is this really the life I want? Maybe you’re questioning your career, your relationships, your identity, or the version of yourself you’ve spent years becoming. Maybe you’re tired of being the capable one, the accomplished one, the one who holds everything together.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You just need to be willing to look honestly at what’s no longer working—and discover what might be possible when you stop living primarily by other people’s expectations.
This is therapy for becoming more fully your own.
Get Started now
1.tired of pretending you’re fine?
If you’re here, chances are you’ve already tried to figure it out on your own. You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to handling things. You’ve built a life that may look successful from the outside—and perhaps, for a long time, it felt that way too.
But something has shifted. You find yourself questioning things you once took for granted: your career, your relationships, your choices, even the version of yourself you’ve worked so hard to become.
You can understand your patterns intellectually and still feel caught in them. You can know where they came from and still find yourself repeating them. You may be tired of analyzing everything, tired of holding it all together, and increasingly aware that understanding yourself isn’t the same as knowing how to live differently.
Therapy can be a place to stop performing competence for a moment and get curious about what is actually happening underneath it all.
2.Book a Call
A consultation isn’t a commitment to therapy, it’s a conversation. A chance to see whether working together would be useful for you. No fixing, no selling, no pressure.
3.Let’s Go
Come as you are. Bring the mess. We’ll figure it out together. I’ve got you.
